In just one week’s time, Linaro will be back at Embedded World demonstrating how we help companies build, test and maintain great products on Arm. Check out this blog to learn what we will be showcasing in our booth 4-501.
How to unify your firmware lifecycle with ONEBoot
Linaro will host a joint demo together with AMI and ADLINK on unified BIOS management for Linux and Windows on Arm. The demo will feature two ADLINK l I-Pi OSM IMX93 boards, each running a different firmware - AMI’s Aptio V booting Windows on Arm and Linaro’s ONEBoot booting Linux.
This demo shows visitors how to seamlessly build, test and debug secure EU-CRA compliant BIOS for Arm embedded platforms. Customization is a thing of the past.
How to achieve continuous CRA Compliance through Linaro’s Dashboard
With the EU CRA coming into full effect in 2027, companies need to make sure they have the tools and processes in place to ensure continuous compliance. Linaro has created a dashboard which helps companies do just that. Through our dashboard you can:
- Generate a complete SBOM (Software Bill of Materials);
- Scan each software package for CVE’s to determine whether vulnerabilities are patched, unpatched or ignored;
- Analyse the provenance of each software package to highlight potential cybersecurity risks;
- Continuously monitor and achieve compliance by integrating Linaro’s toolchain into your CI/CD pipeline.
In addition to our Dashboard demo at the booth, our Technical Expert on CRA Joe Sandom will also be giving a talk on CRA - make sure to check it out:

How to build secure and sustainable products on Arm
Linaro helps companies build sustainable and production-grade open-source powered products on Arm. At Embedded World, we will display several use cases which demonstrate our expertise in four key areas: BSP Development, Test Automation, Upstreaming and Virtualization. Come to our booth to see how we have delivered:
- BSP Services for Qualcomm
- Virtualization work for AMD’s VPR-5050-MB
- Upstream Kernel Support for NXP’s S32G Vehicle Network Processors
- Continous Compliance for Renesas’ RZ Family MPUs
How to benchmark performance of RTOSes for mixed-criticality workloads
The shift to the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) is making automotive OEMs consider open-source alternatives to proprietary real-time operating systems for mixed-criticality workloads. At Embedded World, Principal Tech Lead Lei Zhou will present a talk on benchmarking performance of all the options out there, answering the question whether Linux RT-PREEMPT meets the determinism and worst-case execution time requirements of ADAS and safety-critical automotive workloads.
