The Linaro Partner program was created to enable smaller open source organizations to directly contribute to Linaro’s engineering activities.

Partners embedded a software developer in one of the Working Groups or Platform teams and used them to:

  • Extract some of the latest engineering back into their organisation
  • Align with an expert team on areas of interest or relevance to their organisation
  • Act as a channel between their organisation and the Linaro team

Adeneo Embedded

Adeneo Embedded provides development, training and support services on Embedded Linux and Android technologies to companies developing advanced embedded devices based on ARM architecture. Genesi

Genesi designs, develops and produces low cost, energy efficient  computing products using ARM technology. Genesi provides a  vertically integrated computing-communication technology transfer  package that is licensed on a national level.  Genesi products are supported by software and services that are validated by Genesi and customized by our national operators for their markets.  Additionally,  our national operators can be licensed to manufacture Genesi designed products locally with the goal of developing an economy around the products and services, while progressively enhancing local skills and employment opportunities.

InSignal

InSignal provides Samsung Community Development Board (Origen and Arndale Board) and maintain Exynos Android Open-source. Core members of InSignal are based on managers and members of Korean open source embedded developer community (a.k.a. aESOP community)  who did share their HW/SW know-hows and trouble-shootings freely on the web. So, InSignal has much interest on embedded HW and Open-source SW contribution to global community. For now, InSignal mainly focus on the android solution with Samsung Exynos HW platform. And as they did before, InSignal manage and maintain the forum to share their know-hows and trouble-shooting on Origen/Arndale board series.
