Background

Vicky has over 20 years experience in multiple roles within software development. She started at Digital Equipment Corporation as a software engineers and has been a QA engineer, Sustaining and Release Manager, and Software Engineering Manager. Previous employers include HighGround Systems (startup), Sun Microsystems, Royal Philips and Savaje. She is now happily playing in Project and Program Management with a keen interest in pragmatic, real world Agile/Scrum implementations and enabling excellence in teams.
