Background
Nick has worked with embedded devices at Texas Instruments since 1995, first with TI DSPs, and later with ARM-based SOCs. He has worked in several roles, including Firmware Engineering for OMAP devices, Applications Engineering for automotive microcontrollers, Design Verification Engineering for TI C55x DSPs, Product Engineering for TI C54x DSPs, and even as a Technical Writer. In these roles, in addition to creating tests, writing software, creating hardware specifications, and debugging hw and sw, he created and maintained build-and-regression flows for both hardware and software. He holds dual B.S. degrees from Michigan Technological University, in Electrical Engineering and Scientific and Technical Communication.
