Background

Milo has been actively working in the software industry since 2005, but his involvement in software and open source goes way back. He has developed CMS in Business BASIC expanding them with Java and PostreSQL; rushed into the optimization engineering world working with Java, Swing, Python, Bash and a lot of professional CAE softwares at the Area Science Park in Trieste; moved to France, in the Cote d'Azur, where he is based now, working for INRIA on an open source platform for creating vertical social networks on top of NoSQL databases. Milo once used Emacs, now being lazy he uses Eclipse, but is interested by vim. Milo enjoys travelling (a lot), jogging, photography and cooking.
