Background

I  wrote my thesis on testing and ended-up working at Helsinki University of Technology as a research assistant before being pulled-in by Nokia. I moved testing infra at Nokia Research Center from HP-UX to Linux workstations and held the "most powerful Linux admin of Nokia" for full year. I have joined Open Source Operations unit right after that. Started as engineer for performance and font rendering, then became architect of text input methods and later a manager of all sorts. I have seen several Linux based Nokia products to the market, latest the N9.   At Linaro I had the pleasure of overseeing single zImage efforts in kernel working group and have seen a lot of Android kernel patches to go upstream.  In my freetime I like to code games for small kids, make themes and hang around MeeGo/Nemo/Sailfish community
