Geoff Levand Kernel EngineerHiSilicon Technologies
Background
I joined the Linux for Playstation2 team in 2001 as a kernel developer, and since then my work has always been in and around the Linux kernel. Most of my work has been with embedded devices, and most of that with consumer electronics. I have worked on the Linux kernel used in cameras, camcorders, televisions, satellite receivers, digital video recorders and the like. I'm currently maintaining the Linux support for the Playstation 3 game console, the Petitboot kexec based bootloader, and a few Debian and OpenWRT packages.
