Background

I have been involved with the development of high performance/small footprint code generators and JITs or related tools for most of my career.  I was at the Open Software Foundation for several years, so I am familiar with open source projects.  I wrote the code generator for the Space Shuttle GPCs, used for Guidance, Navigation and Control.  It was in active use until the last Shuttle flight in 2011.
