Linaro Events
As a distributed organization, opportunities for face-to-face meetings and hands-on hacking sessions are key to Linaro's success.
Three times a year, the whole Linaro organization with strong representation from the ecosystem get together at Linaro Connect.
Linaro Connect is the best place to learn about the latest Linux on ARM SoCs developments and see Linaro in action. This event gives the Linux community an opportunity to be a part of the Linaro team and help to define the ARM tools, Linux kernels and builds of key Linux distributions including Android and Ubuntu on member SoCs. It offers an opportunity to collaborate, problem solve, plan and socialize with the best and brightest that the Linux community has to offer.
You can still read about previous events on the Linaro Connect website and view presentations from prior Linaro Connects.
In addition to Linaro Connect, Linaro engineers take an active part in other Linux conferences, for example the Linux Foundation's Android Builders Summit (ABS) and Embedded Linux Conferences (ELC), and the Linux Plumbers Conference. Linaro may also occasionally attend other industry events, mainly in support of our members or to meet potential members. Examples of these events include the ARM TechCon and Tech Symposiums and Freescale Technology Forum. The calendar below contains a listing of relevant events.
If you have an event that you think Linaro engineers should attend and you would like it added to this calendar, please contact Steve Taylor at contactus@linaro.org.
